Monthly Rentals in Caballo Lake State Park

this was a spacious place, if you are doing spaceport america tour I highly recommend staying here. we were on a 10day trip to New Mexico and stayed in at least 7 different air BNBs n I can tell you that the quality of products she had in the restroom felt like home. she baked banana bread for us which was delicious and great for breakfast. great place and an amazing host.

Clean and comfortable with all the basics. Walking distance to hot springs. We’ve stayed twice.

This is a very special place. I came to heal from trauma and heartache - the house holds the compassion and peace needed for any broken soul to find their way back to center. Pat and Patty the cohosts are gracious and kind and oh so amazing ! I have already shared this place with so many of my friends and healers with a huge recommendation!!! Truly magic.

Quaint and comfortable stay. Suitable amenities that covered all needs. No AC but there are three ceiling fans that cover every part of the house and the shades work great. Nice that there is a clothes washer... you have to hang clothes to dry. If you are over 5' 11" be aware of a low entry into the bathroom which is right at 6'. I am 6' 5" so I was ducking quite a bit which isn't always ideal in the middle of the night. Ceiling fan pull cords are also under that level and you'll run into them often. Neighborhood is relatively quiet until you get one of the TorC "boom cars" driving by which seems to be a theme as I heard them in several areas during my two weeks in town. Maybe noise ordinances aren't a thing here or just not enforced. If that kind of thing bothers you, have some ear plugs and/or play some white noise. Minor annoyances mostly, but now I have made it known for those that scour the reviews before booking. Overall, it's a great place for the price.
