It once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit back and relax in your very own garden which is approximately 1 arce! You are surrounded by a private wall, woodland and nature. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches.

Coffee, Located a short distance from Bakewell/Matlock in the village of Birchover. checkin 3pm checkout 10am. We love dogs but do not allow to be left unattended or on our bedding. Set within the heart of a Derbyshire Dales village but less than 3 miles away from the bars, eateries, shops and amenities of Uttoxeter. We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
