The Old Barn, Buxton - A Dream Come True
It's rare to find a place that's both historic and modern. It has been my dream to renovate the unique and private barn at our Grade 2 family home and finally it has happened! I would love to share it with you. Ours is one of the oldest houses in Buxton dating back to the seventeenth century and was once a coaching stop on the medieval road to London. It is now a boutique property set near the common, ideally situated to explore the Peak District yet just a short walk into the town centre.

Suitable for 2 adults. The property is located in a quiet residential area with a green space behind. About 10 mins walk from the town centre. There is a small amount of off road parking in front of the property and plenty of easily accessible on road parking to the rear.

It is very close to the Pavilion Gardens and just a short walk to all the town has to offer. A perfect place to get away and create some memories in the Peak District with friends or family. There are 2 off-road parking spaces available for this apartment.

We welcome you to our gorgeous cottage in the centre of Buxton, England's leading spa town. No3 Brocklehurst Cottage has been recently renovated to offer comfortable, light and airy accommodation with high quality fittings. Within walking distance of everything Buxton has to offer. We have available secure parking for one car upon request a minutes walk behind the building in front of the cottage. The train station is a five minute walk away.
