The cottage is located in central Buxton, 10 mins walk from the cultural centre around The Opera House and Crescent Spa Hotel. It is convenient for Bus and Rail connections. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.

It is very close to the Pavilion Gardens and a short walk to all the town has to offer. A perfect place to stay and create some memories in the Peak District. (Please note that it is not suitable for children under 10.) There are 2 off-road parking spaces available

Brooklands is situated 5 minutes walk from the Pavillion Gardens and a pleasant 10 minute walk from the town centre, along the Victorian Broadwalk. Buxton Spa Town offers a fantastic base for exploring the Peak District, with it's surrounding villages and attractions.

There's a table and chairs ideal for breakfast, jigsaws, work, Monopoly or whatever.
