Hay Loft Flat
Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

The Old Barn, Buxton - A Dream Come True
It's rare to find a place that's both historic and modern. It has been my dream to renovate the unique and private barn at our Grade 2 family home and finally it has happened! I would love to share it with you. Ours is one of the oldest houses in Buxton dating back to the seventeenth century and was once a coaching stop on the medieval road to London. It is now a boutique property set near the common, ideally situated to explore the Peak District yet just a short walk into the town centre.

Central but quiet 1 bedroom flat in the heart of Buxton. Great views but please bare in mind it is 80 steps to get the the front door, Centrally located so all that Buxton has to offer is a short walk away. Buxton is a vibrant town with an active events calender. Recently decorated and refitted throughout with WIFI and internet tv, two comfy sofas. There is paid parking on the doorstep and free on street parking close by. Ideal location for town stays and walking breaks in the Peak District.

Spacious flat with 1 double bed and separate shower room. Curved stairway leading up to the apartment with a large open plan living room and kitchen area. Free wifi, 42" Smart TV, well equipped kitchen and complementary tea, coffee, biscuits. Great views over Buxton, green space at the back. Located in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk into town. Off road shared parking at the front and plenty of on street parking at the back. The flat may not be suitable for infants re open staircase.

A large double bedroom, shower room, second lounge, utility room and garage downstairs. The house is very well equipped with Sky TV, broadband, electric blinds and mood lighting. A perfect base to explore Buxton and the Peak District.

The well equipped apartment sleeps two with a double-bed and boasts a modern kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition we provide free WiFi and parking for all guests!

The cottage is located in central Buxton, 10 mins walk from the cultural centre around The Opera House and Crescent Spa Hotel. It is convenient for Bus and Rail connections. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.

Large 2 bedroom masionette apartment spread over 2 floors. Newly refurbished, a real labour of love..and endless youtube videos!! Central location, on a main road but quiet and private. No onsite parking but plenty of free on road parking on numerous side streets. Pick up and drop off at the door. A 5 minute walk to Buxton town. Electric Fire, Smart TV, Arcade machine with 60 retro games (including Pac-Man,space invaders, donkey kong) and Wifi make for those chilled cosy nights!

Spacious Victorian ground floor apartment located within 5 minutes walk of Buxton town centre, Buxton Opera House and numerous bars, coffee shops & restaurants. The apartments comfortably sleeps up to 3 and has a period bathroom with a shower. 6ft superking leather bed, kitchen, large lounge, dining area, Wifi, TV and off road parking directly outside the front door. If the second bedroom is required, please book for 3 guests as this covers the additional cleaning costs.
