This approximately 50 sqm apartment is located in Buxtehude Neuland, right on the edge of the old country. Bicycle trips through the old country or a stroll through the Buxtehuder old town, which is about 1.3 km away, are possible from here at any time. Hamburg can be easily reached by S-Bahn, which is about 3 km from the apartment. From Finkenwerder, you can easily cross to the Landungsbrücken with the HVV ferry, it is about 12 km to Finkenwerder. Shopping facilities can be reached in about 1.5 km.

Welcome to this wonderfully cosy place, that we proudly call our home. We're located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, dotted with classic red brick houses (Backsteinhäuser) on either side of the road. While the calm surroundings ensure a good night's sleep, you are only 5 min to the nearest grocery store (Lidl) 5 min to the bus stop 15 min to the Old Town (Altstadt) 20 min to the railway station (Bahnhof) and the big, bold and beautiful city of Hamburg is a mere 30 min drive away!

Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Very central. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
