Self contained annexe in the heart of Wedmore

We had a lovely stay here. The place was beautifully decorated and clean. We had everything we needed. Karen was very quick to reply to messages and was very accommodating by letting us check in early to get ready for a wedding. I highly recommended this lovely annex. The surroundings are very peaceful and quaint.

Comfortable & Stylish Rural Retreat

ChristineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
incredibly welcome by our fabulous hosts,. The property—a beautifully converted old dairy—is full of charm and character, with stunning gardens, a peaceful wildlife pond, and a lovely apple orchard that added to the tranquil countryside feel. Inside, everything was tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, with small touches that made it feel truly special. We especially appreciated the welcome brownies (delicious!) and the generous breakfast basket, which set the tone for a relaxing and indulgent stay. Stuart and Eli have clearly poured so much love and care into this place, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommended—already dreaming of coming back! A truly relaxing stay 😊

Beautiful setting. All en-suite. Sleeps 6. Parking

GeorginaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beautiful large space that was perfect for our stay with 6 adults and an infant. Everywhere was very clean and modern, and the view out the back is stunning! A perfect location walking distance to the wedding we were attending in Cossington. If we have any need to be back in the area, we will definitely be back! The only thing I would suggest is adding a blind over the skylight in the bedroom next to the lounge :)

Had a lovely 5 night stay at this beautiful cottage whilst we were having work done on our house. The hosts were always quick to respond to an issue we had and helped us fully. The house is beautiful, wonderfully furnished and decorated and perfectly located for a holiday in the West Country. Only 5 minutes from the motorway so easy access for you to explore all of Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. Highly recommended

Modern 2 bedroom cottage adjacent to orchard

My wife and daughter walked into the annex and both said " Oh wow". Yes we are first time Aibnb users but have travelled globally as well as in the UK. Veey friendly host ( dogs and shetland sheep included), lively dwelling made even better with large covered BBQ area. Local pubs (not walkable) are very wellcoming catering to all tastes. For basic pub grub and a warm welcome try the New Inn pub 5 mins away.

Wren's Nest, studio in wildlife friendly garden

GladysRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Had an amazing stay at Jax's studio to celebrate my birthday weekend with my husband. We used the studio as a base to explore the area where my dad grew up, so spent our short stay walking through the Mendips and popping into Wells to catch the market and explore the cathedral. The studio was really thoughtfully decorated and incredibly comfy. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and watching the chickens scratch about outside. Jax was a wonderful host and has some great recommendations if you enjoy craft markets and the like! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area or just in need of a quiet place to recharge for a bit.
