Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

River views at ‘The Nest’

‘The Nest’ is a beautiful one bedroom self-contained annexe attached to our home on the levels in rural Somerset. It was recently decorated in February 2023. The garden room boasts a brand new log burner and has stunning views over the picturesque garden. As well as this there is a cosy snug room with sofabed and SMART tv to enjoy quiet nights in. The bedroom has dual aspect views, with one side looking out to the River Tone and the other on rolling fields where deer often make an appearance.

Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Rooks Orchard Annexe

The rural location and stunning views across the Somerset Levels makes the annexe to our home perfect for our guests to enjoy. The use of the spacious garden including swimming pool, in the summer months and hot tub all year round makes it a perfect location to relax. Outdoor dining with full kitchen, summer house, extensive garden gazebos and entertaining areas. The garden has a pond, vegetable area, orchard, children’s play area and outdoor cinema available for our guests to enjoy.

Mead Chapel, is a stylish and boutique holiday cottage for 2 (adult) guests. Our quirky converted chapel offers modern, comfortable accommodation, perfect for couples looking to enjoy a unique holiday. 1 small well behaved dog is also welcome! Mead Chapel is set amidst the picture-perfect Somerset village of Drayton, with an excellent village pub restaurant just a few minutes walk! Centrally heated throughout the chapel provides a restful and romantic getaway whatever the time of year

Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

The Dairy - Spacious & Stylish with Tennis Court

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.
