A newly refurbished flat on the edge of the Highclere castle estate. The flat is attached to our family home. We are in the middle of the village of Highclere on a country lane with many beautiful walks on the doorstep. The accommodation is within walking distance of our local pub 'The Red House' which serves delicious food and takeaways. A 10 minute drive from Newbury and all its amenities. As well as Highclere Castle, we are ideally located for Newbury Races & Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery.

Hawks Barn: New getaway barn with stunning views.

Hawks Barn is a refurbished, self contained, two bedroom getaway, located a stones throw from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. A lovely self-contained annex furnished to a high standard in a quiet rural location on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, close to Newbury and Oxford and walking distance to Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Fenced secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The Annex is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space for one car. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.

There are a variety of places to eat close by ranging from cosy pubs to fine dining restaurants. Vine Annex sleeps 4 one king sized double, one single and one small single in twin room.
