Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage has been renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and fine wooden veranda, where you sit very private, with beautiful views. Within 5 min. you drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you can find supermarkets, nice shops and catering. The dunes and the forest are within walking distance and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 min.

Breakfast service is not provided. However, there is a fridge, combination microwave and 2 burner induction hob provided. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. The supermarket on the square is a 2-minute walk. There are also a few nice restaurants. The house is attached to our own home, we live in the rear part. We have 2 dogs that may greet you enthusiastically (from behind a fence). There are charging stations (11KW) in the street.

Lovely location, nice house! Clean and tidy. Private location due to the many trees. Lots of flowers in the garden. Great to stay with small children, toy box, books, slide, plates/cups for children, everything available! Good and fast communication with Sarah Michelle. We had groceries for 3 days, unfortunately the fridge was small so we couldn't store everything. So, the tip is not to bring too many refrigerated groceries to the cottage. We had wonderful relaxing days, thank you!

We had a great stay in the little dune. House is very small, but cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The holiday settlement was quiet, by car you could quickly reach many beautiful places and especially the sea. Both us and our dog felt very comfortable overall. The contact with Mirja was very straightforward and kind.

We spent four very wonderful days in the nice apartment. Margreet welcomed us very warmly and was always accessible for questions. Our problem with the lamps was resolved immediately and communication was also excellent in advance. The apartment offers everything you need, is fantastically quiet and ideal for bike rides. We were able to store our bikes dry in a shed. The sunsets in front of the large window are a dream. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment! Thanks for a nice time!

The cabin is simply a dream in the middle of the countryside! So lovingly made and you can relax so wonderfully and let your mind wander. Just as beautiful as in the photos, so definitely recommended! It is wonderfully quiet, but you can also be in the next town in a few minutes. The apartment is clean and cozy and you have what you need. I'm sure we'll be back! Judith and Juul are so nice and helpful, that's not a given! :)

The two of us had a very nice time in the apartment of Natascha and Richard. The very friendly reception with a nice welcome, the quiet and beautiful surroundings with vastness, grassland and animals, the sea and the dunes nearby, small nice places easy to reach by car... all this contributed to the fact that we enjoyed the time very much. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was quick to warm up when it got cooler. It is well equipped and nicely decorated. The large bedroom has only one window, through which little light comes in due to the roof overhang. But as a bedroom, it was great. We felt very comfortable overall.

We were 4 people in Bianca's chalet and had plenty of space. The children and we felt very comfortable and everything you needed was there. The location is excellent and everything is within walking distance, the supermarket in the village and also the beach. The place itself offers many opportunities for activities and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend it and book Bianca's chalet again at any time. Communication with Bianca was easy and she came by on the first day, which made us feel very positive, because you don't get that everywhere. All in all, it was a wonderful and relaxing time.
