Located south-east on the city center, you will find this stylish apartment in a central but extremely quiet location. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away, the nearest S-Bahn station “Bayrischer Bahnhof” can be reached in 3 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets and green parks that invite you to relax. The evening you can end the evening on the colorful "Karli" with a cool drink and literally stumble into bed at the end of the bed. :)

Our quiet and friendly furnished studio loft apartment creates a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, yet is centrally located and therefore the perfect starting point for private and professional stays in the trade fair and university city of Leipzig. With its optimal location in the center-southeast, directly at the university hospital, it is only a 15-minute walk from the city center.

My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.

Our cottage in the countryside is a detached bungalow on a 900 square meter, beautiful garden plot on the outskirts of Leipzig. The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal. The furnishings are open, bright and high quality and invite you to feel good and relax.
