Modern furnished apartment in Markkleeberg right outside Leipzig. Everything important is nearby and quickly accessible by public transport to the city's hot spots. Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

I usually live in the 2-room apartment myself. It is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the second row (very quiet). The apartment has a new kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a storage room, a bright, a car parking space and spacious living room and a covered south-facing balcony. This invites you to relax, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. You do not pay a service fee when booking the apartment. I take over this for you.

If you like it a little more cozy, the four of you would also feel comfortable. Elevator. Coffee. Various teas. Our cozy apartment is located above the rooftops of Jena directly on the edge of the forest. The apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bed, a bathtub with shower and a large TV. The city center can be reached in just a 15-minute walk. Pets are welcome by arrangement.
