We had a wonderful stay at this studio in Versailles. David and Mélodie are exceptional hosts — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive to their guests' needs. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. Due to our transportation schedule, they kindly offered us the flexibility to check in early and check out later, which we greatly appreciated. The studio was spotless, very comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a couple. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus for us during our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches: plenty of Nespresso capsules, snacks, and even iced bottles of drinking water were provided — such a nice gesture after a long journey. The location is excellent. While Versailles Château, the Rive Gauche train station, and the downtown area are all within walking distance, we opted to save time by taking Bus Line 6203 (just 3 or 4 stops). The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building. highly recommend.

You'll find a variety of eateries and shops nearby, including highly-rated restaurants like Le Vieux Bourg and Amarone. Overall, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene yet accessible base to explore Paris

Beautiful appartment situated right in the heart of Versailles and only 10 minutes walk to the Palace and gardens. Honestly, the location couldnt be better. Rooms were stylishly decorated with extremely comfortable sofas and beds. We stayed for two nights, but wished we could have stayed longer. Visited the Palace and Central Paris, which was easily reached using the RER train. Philippe was the perfect host, providing lots of information about local restaurants and pubs and travel advice. He sorted our car parking too. Thanks Philippe! I would highly recommend this appartment to anybody visiting Versailles or Paris

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

We only spent one night in the house but everything was impeccable. The bedding is good quality, everything is clean and very well equipped. We didn't have time to enjoy it but the terrace is really cocooning and intimate. I would recommend this place without hesitation. A large, very pleasant park in the immediate vicinity.

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been quite recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The haman was not available but it was not missed. I highly recommend the property.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

The location was very quiet, very close to the U-BAHN. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

Everything was perfect, impeccable cleanliness, very nice accommodation, I really enjoyed the bedding and especially the sheets. We were able to get into the accommodation as soon as we arrived in Versailles, thanks to the responsive hosts. Recommended.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. It is very clean, spacious, easy to find and the host is incredibly friendly! Clear instructions, thinking about putting down the luggage when we arrived. It's a good base. Please note that it takes at least half an hour to 45 minutes (by metro) to get to the city centre. As a result, it is really very quiet and that is nice at the end of the day! Thanks Audrey :-)

Very nice environment on the edge of the forest in a quiet area. The beautiful city center with its caneaux is within walking distance, with several beautiful hikes, and castles nearby. Very well equipped apartment. Thanks to Cyril for his advice.
