Is gelegen aan de bosrand, staat op een ruime kavel en heeft een eigen parkeerplaats. De vakantiewoning heeft een eigen Wifi met goed bereik. De bungalow is gelegen op het park Roosdunen en is op loopafstand van het mooie dorp Ballum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Appartement Grutto bevind zich op de 1e verdieping en is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen, met woonkamer/keuken met slaapbank, aparte slaapkamer en badkamer. Het appartement is compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is voldoende parkeerruimte. Verder zijn we goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer (5 minuten lopen). Ook is er op 5 minuten loopafstand een zandstrand aan het Tjeukemeer.
