We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

I felt like home right away! I had the true Dutch feeling with the steep stairs and the lovely little balcony upstairs. Kitty and Erik were responsive and really nice! It was a great place to stay and Groningen is wonderful as always!

Everything was great! The house is unique, the location wonderful. Moddergat is truly a special place. Having the mudflats right on your doorstep is great!

What a fantastic lcation to relax en enjoy a peacefull vacation. Lovely place to spend 2 days with our dogs. Also a great host, easy going and helpfull. If you are passing by it is worth the stay.

Beautiful cottage, beautiful garden, beautiful rural area. Very good, various and abundant breakfast. The mattress was really comfortable. Annie and her husband are extremely gentle and helping but still respecting the privacy of the guests.

Wonderful stay in a pleasant and very quiet holiday park near Ruinen. Great place for beautiful walks and bike rides. An address to rest well and recharge, thanks to the singing of various birds we heard. House is bright and spacious and equipped with every comfort. We'd love to come back!

We, 2 adults and 1 child, 3 years old, spent 1 week at Elke's place. We especially loved the quiet area, the large house with lots of toys and the trampoline in the garden. The whole area is beautiful and there are lots of excursion options. Elke and her husband are great hosts, very nice and always there for questions.

Very cozy, clean caravan in a quiet, natural environment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. The entire facility (showers, pool,...) is also very clean and well maintained. We had the heating on at night, everything worked out great. The reception staff were also very friendly. Communication with Stefan was very good. Questions were answered helpfully and quickly. The WiFi connection in the caravan was not always available, but with the available games, bicycles and the cozy evenings on the beautiful terrace, that was not a problem for us. The WiFi connection at the front of the reception/pool was very good. It's a perfect place to switch off.

Beautiful little house, located directly on the water and even on windy days the garden was very sheltered and warm. You can go kayaking directly from the house. The whole complex is fantastically beautiful for children! Had a great stay and would be happy to come back!

Great Host and great Stay. Easy Kommunikation. We did go sailing with a skipper the host kindly arranged for us, wich was a great experience.

Our stay can be described in one word: EXCELLENT!!! Maaike is a great host! She is easy to approach, is incredibly hospitable. Her service is more than great! We know one thing for sure, we'd love to come back here again!

We had wonderful days. Children completely in their element in the big garden. Fine beds and ample living space. Very extensive kitchen utensils. Clean. Friendly host. Just great!

It was super nice. The accommodation is beautifully located with a unique view of the IJsselmeer. This also means constant fresh air, wind, and the sound of the water. We loved that. There is also a beach on the dike for swimming. Good beds, great kitchen and shower, nice living room to relax. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. We have also thought of the dog. We'd love to come back.

Arianne’s apartment is excellent. Perfectly placed, equipped with all that you need for a short stay and utterly tranquil. Also Arianne was so helpful and accommodating. Big thank you. We loved our time there and we would highly recommend a visit.

We were there with three couples and three dogs. And a small child. It was wonderfully beautiful. Absolutely easy to arrive. The house is furnished with love. You have everything your heart desires. Lucy is a super nice hostess. She responds very quickly and responds to requests. Lucy is a great host with a beautiful place. We will be happy to come back.
