The cabin is located by itself, right on the waterfront and with a road all the way up. Approx. 20 min drive to Ed. The cabin is newly renovated from 2023 and has everything you need for a break from everyday life. Great outdoor areas, and glazed outdoor area. Guests are free to use the two canoes and SUP boards that are in the cabin. There is running water for the shower, toilet and dishwasher. Water for drinking and cooking must be brought.

The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. Welcome to the main house! This cozy, well-appointed cottage from the late 1800s, which is the old main house at Västeröd Farm. Here you live in the countryside. The cottage has its own entrance, parking and electric car charger. Pleasant garden with sun all day. Sheets and towels are included. We live in the house next door. Cows and calves graze in the nice natural pastures in the summer. If you want, you can buy organic beef from the farm. Close to the forest, Bullaresjön with lots of different swimming areas, Älgfallet, Norway and the coast.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.
