Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein zu geniesen. Es erwartet Sie eine ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Schwarzwald, ca. 330 m ü.M. Umgeben von Wälder und Weinbergen gibt es viele schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Weitere sehenswerte Orte wie Baden-Baden, der Mummelsee, Skipiste erreichen Sie in ca. 20 min. mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Hauses mit drei Wohneinheiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Both the city of Bühl with restaurants and shops, the immediate proximity to the world heritage city of Baden-Baden with spas, spa house, world-famous casino and one of the most impressive festival houses makes Eisental the perfect location for excursions. The horse racecourse in Iffezheim near Baden-Baden also offers international gallop racing in spring and autumn.

Our Black Forest Lodge is located in the back of the property and was completed in August 2020. The house has an infrared sauna. We have lovingly furnished it with many great details. We rent an apartment in a quiet location in the Steinbach district of Baden-Baden, consisting of a large living room with TV, bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with barrier-free shower and bathtub as well as a balcony. The apartment is lovingly decorated in a nostalgic style and is located on the first floor of a two-family house.

It is a quiet attached apartment with 45 m2 in our house. They have their own entrance, so they are undisturbed. The apartment is surrounded by vineyards. The nearest shopping area is a 5-minute walk away. They can park right in front of the house. It is 2.7 km to Bühl and 10 km to Baden-Baden.
