Location was within walking distance of the Metro Station which you can easily get anywhere in Madrid within a very short time. Bus will take you to Plaza Mayor in no time. Plenty of small evening shops in the neighborhood. Large supermarket is a 4-minute walk away. Miquel has given good restaurants (nearby). Beds are perfect. No raised edges, so also well suited for people taller than 1.90m Furthermore, everything looked neat and clean.

It is as much as promised in the listing, beautiful apartment with all the comforts to spend an excellent stay and with easy access for any part of the city , a very quiet neighborhood and if you need the very friendly owners to collaborate.

Amazing loft style apartment, so spacious and clean. It’s quite unique in that you have a front row seat to a private airfield! It’s very modern and we felt incredibly comfortable. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station and 25 minutes to the nearest metro. Leo is a great host — would highly recommend you stay here, it is perfect for working remotely and also close to Madrid to come and go :)

I stayed for a month and it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was new and had practically everything I needed for my stay. It has bus stops within a 5-minute walk, supermarkets and a fruit shop just below. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I would stay here again if I went back to Madrid.
