A cosy and functional duplex located on Calle General Ricardos, a few minutes' walk from the iconic Puente de Toledo. Description of the space: Location: Quiet, residential area with excellent access to public transport, supermarkets, bars and all kinds of services. Living room: Comfortable space with a sofa, Smart TV, ducted climate control (air conditioning and heating) and a dining area. The window has smart blinds that allow you to easily control the amount of light coming in. The sofa does not make a bed. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven-microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and essential utensils. A welcome cleaning kit is included. Bedrooms arrangement: On the ground floor, a room with a 1.50 m double bed. There is no TV or desk. On the top floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a 1.35 m double bed and the other two with two single beds each. There is no TV or desk. Bathroom: With a shower and a toiletries set consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Important: Food and basic cooking items are not provided. In addition, the building has free lockers for guests, subject to availability. They are perfect if you arrive before the apartment is ready or if you need to leave your bags after checkout. To use them, a coin of 1€ is required, which is returned upon removal of the key. Services for families: Finally, there is a baby cot and high chair available upon request. We just need you to request them in advance to have them ready for your arrival.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
