Very quiet and cozy apartment, ideal for 4 people with all the comforts to spend a few days in Madrid. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, in front of a large park and a 7-minute walk from the metro station with a direct line to the center in 30 minutes. 2 bedrooms, one of which has two twin beds and the other is an en-suite with a double bed. 2 full bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It's a very nice room in a family apartment. It's just me, my partner, and my son. The apartment is located 10 minutes away from transportation that takes you to the center of Madrid in less than 15 minutes. We're a very cheerful family and love the idea of meeting people and making their stay enjoyable. The room also has a TV, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Cooking, using the refrigerator and washing machine are allowed.

This home is located just outside of Central Madrid, nearby in public transportation. Nearby you will find service stations, metro, bus, pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, cinema and municipal sports facilities. By private vehicle we have easy access from Plaza Eliptica, Aluche, M40 and M45. We have private parking with access as an extra to the accommodation.
