Lovely house which was very nice and clean. Francesco was very welcoming. Fantastic views from the roof terrace, you would ideally need to rent or own a car to get to the town or beach as this is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The town has plenty of restaurants to chose from and La Cinta beach was stunning, very crowded in August but if you walk further up the beach you can easily find plenty of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

The house is in the middle of a forest, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The view is amazing, the house is comfortable and has everything you need, even a washing machine. Michele was friendly and helpful, 100% recommended

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly welcomed by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again for that! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. At the last section of the beach we also had our dog with us, which seems no problem there. Often we were even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

Apartment is top, good starting point for activities, quiet location with great terrace, great views. We felt super comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Above expectations. A beautiful, spacious and complete apartment. The view from our terrace to the pool and the sea was great. Quiet environment. Private parking. Elisabetta responded quickly. The contact was easy and pleasant. We noticed that everything had been thought of. Everything you could think of was present. We had a very nice time and would love to come back sometime.

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

This house is great. The view is amazing and, as an end unit in a complex, it feels very expansive. The pool is lovely and needed for those hot afternoons. All the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The rental staff is very helpful and attentive should any problems occur. We really enjoyed our time here!

We had two wonderful weeks in Giulio's apartment – six adults and one toddler – and enjoyed the time very much! We would like to highlight the great pool, the charming little outdoor kitchen and the warm outdoor shower - a real highlight that has absolutely made up for the fact that there is "only" one large bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Communication with Giulio was excellent at all times – he was super helpful, always available and provided us with many great tips about the area. The entire stay went smoothly and relaxed. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment without reservation. Thank you, Giulio, for the great hospitality and the lovely stay!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-meal household chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

The Host Elena, Bruno and Ali are wonderful people. The Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Wild Peacocks and Turtles live in the garden. It’s an oasis of calmness and peace with a nice large pool perfectly fitted into the natural environment. Overall it’s a very warm and familiar experience and located well in regards of short ways to the airport, calm beaches, nice restaurants and shopping facilities. A very special moment was when our hosts showed up in the morning on our terrace to sing a birthday song for our 2 little daughters. What a nice and lovely gesture. For sure we will come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Sardinia in an absolutely superb house nestled in a beautiful flowery residence. Fully equipped and decorated with originality and taste by the owner's father, who was a famous artist in the region. Quality bedding in the 3 bedrooms Beautiful view of the sea and the pool from the terrace. A huge thank you to the owners, who were remarkably kind and available. Welcoming, attentive and always ready to share their good addresses or to help, they largely contributed to making our stay unforgettable. We'll be happy to go back!
