Beachfront holiday rental in Budoni

Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had the joy of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we did not lack anything. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and snack bar for lunch. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5km away where there are restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly attitude towards my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile, upon arrival, a bottle of chilled water was waiting for me in the fridge. The shop was a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with lovely people again. Serena's apartment is lovingly decorated and clean with a nice, modern bathroom. It is located in a very beautiful and well-kept garden. Unfortunately, the opening of the pool was delayed due to cleaning work, but of course Serena was not responsible for this. She was always available and responded quickly to any questions that arose. We were able to check in earlier and were also allowed to check out later in order to at least be able to use the pool on the day of departure. We had a great time overall, but I recommend a car because of the location. You should also bring a basic set of food, as due to the Italian regulations on holiday accommodation, basic things such as salt/pepper, oil and the like are missing, which we did not know. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances (even a large freezer compartment and a real oven are available). We only missed a dishwasher. We can recommend the property!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

We were in this beautiful house for the 2nd time and it was even more beautiful than in our memory. The house and the property are super well maintained and the view from the terraces is simply magnificent. Giuseppe was always quick to reach and Marchesa and her team take care of everything very conscientiously. Her home-cooked dinner is highly recommended. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. We will definitely come back.

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . Tina’s cottage is located at the other side of the Port Cervo village with fantastic sea views. No visual pollution. Mainly nature. Very quiet and private. The reality is even better than the pictures. The cottage has its own entrance and a beautiful garden. The cottage is perfect for two with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a separate sleeping room. There is also a friendly dog 🐕 and a curious cat 🐈 passing by from time to time.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, a few minutes from the beach and the centre of San Teodoro. Very helpful host, gave us various useful tips and suggested great side activities

We had nice vacation days , we particularly liked the pine forest and the proximity to the sea. We were able to recover well and Marco is an extremely attentive host.

Had a great family vacation! The house and the garden are great for families with smaller children. Everything was there, the communication was great and small problems (air conditioning) were solved immediately. You can easily and quickly reach the surrounding beaches and there are also other excursion options. We were completely satisfied.
