Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

In our cozy cottage with a view of the countryside, you can relax wonderfully. The small but fine wooden house impresses with the bamboo parquet floor and the spacious terrace. Attention restriction: The D1 mobile network is almost unavailable with us. In addition to a filter coffee maker, there is also a Senseo coffee pod machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

Our approx. 52sqm apartment invites you to relax in the middle of Schleswig Holstein. Apartment is on the ground floor of our residential building in Büdelsdorf, is central but still quiet. Our maritime, hygge apartment is located in the attic of a historic building in Rendsburg's old town. The marina, attractions, shopping street, restaurants, cafes and shopping are very close. For your excursions between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, you have a nice starting point here. Flensburg, Schleswig and Kiel are quickly accessible by public transport or car. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

The apartment, about 40 square meters, is located on the second floor in an old townhouse from 1905 in which we have also lived on the first floor for 20 years. Our renovation motto was: Reuse instead of throwing away. Not only we, but also chickens, cats and dogs are at home on our colorful and wild property.
