Located on the first floor, it has two bedrooms (one double and one single), a bathroom with bidet and a bright, air-conditioned living area. The living area is equipped with Wi-Fi, 32" Smart TV, dining table, stove, oven and Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine. Outside, you can relax on the private veranda with a table, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or dinners.
