We had a wonderful stay at Valentinas apartment. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare our own food. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed there with our toddler - he could play on the ground because everything was tidy and toddler safe. Valentina prepared a cozy baby bed. Check-in was flexible and the appartment is located just one kilometer from the beach. I definitly recommend the appartment.

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Luca's hosting was excellent. He always responded quickly to our questions and tried to meet our needs. The iron at home was broken and he quickly sent a new iron. We stayed in this house with 4 people. If your aim is to stay in a perfect location and explore this region without spending much time at home, you will definitely be satisfied. What was missing for us was a space where we could rest collectively (there are tables and chairs in the garden, but no space to lie down). The location of the house is great. There is a small city center and there are various restaurants/markets. La Cinta Beach, which is 15 minutes away by car, is very easy to reach (we think it's the best beach in the area). The ceiling of one of the rooms upstairs is low and a little low. The upstairs bathroom is located in the 2nd room. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas at home, which was very important to us! In short, if you want to stay at a reasonable price in a good location/neighborhood without looking for too much luxury, this is the right place!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Sardinia. The location is perfect – right between the center of Budoni and the beautiful Salamandra beach. Just a few steps from the apartment there’s a bakery run by a lovely lady and a grocery store – incredibly convenient! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, but for the two of us it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Marina was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she greeted us with open arms and gave us great tips on what to do in this part of the island. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We’d love to come back in a few years, highly recommended 😊

We stayed at Tomasino's place with two children in October. It is an apartment with its own veranda and garden. Everything was very clean and especially the bathroom like new. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. From the veranda you have a beautiful view of the olive tree in the garden. Tomasino lives in the same house. He is very friendly and even gave us apples he picked himself. Communication was mainly with his daughter via WhatsApp. We received all the important information about check-in from her in advance and many insider tips for the area during our stay. She always responded immediately to questions. Very nice family!

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly welcomed by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again for that! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. At the last section of the beach we also had our dog with us, which seems no problem there. Often we were even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

Sonia was the best host we could ever ask for!! The place was in a prime location and spotless. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful place!

Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

We had a nice time in Carlo‘s little apartment. It was cool inside in June, so no need to turn on the AC which was great. Carlo was very responsive and helpful. A car is a must have in this area.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with a partial view of the port (but which was not important to us) with a large table and chairs to be able to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay with Jessica and Allesandro. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we (couple with a baby) needed was there, including baby chair and bed). We especially loved the large outdoor area, with plenty of space to eat and relax. The beach is only 5 minutes walking distance (and several other beaches nearby) and the center is approx 10 minute by foot. Jessica is an amazing host. She provided us very good suggestions for beaches and restaurants and replied quickly to our questions. We will definitely recommend this place and will come back when we visit again.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbour and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Third time in Sardinia and this was our favorite stay yet! An oasis

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!
