Walk to boardwalk, enjoy winterfest, restaurants, Yacht Club, ice cream, Boat Yard for bike or kayak rental or enjoy a drink with live music. Fenced yard for small pet (no more that 30 lbs accepted with fee). Enjoy the sunset from enclosed porch. Roku TV & wi-fi available. Two bdrm, bath, laundry on main floor.
