Neues Bad mit bodenebener Dusche und viel Platz. Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Nespresso Maschine etc. Ein Parkplatz gehört nicht zu der Wohnung dazu. Es gibt aber zwei Straßen weiter ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Burgstraße 20) für ca. 20 Euro pro Tag.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.
