Welcome to the heart of Allgäu! Our newly furnished ground floor apartment (70 m²) for 1–4 people is quietly located on a hill with a fantastic view over Wiggensbach and the mountains. Ideal for you. At the Hotel MÄSERS Allgäuherz, 1.4 km away, you can have breakfast, eat in the restaurant or use the sauna. In the village, you will find restaurants, shops, an organic cheese dairy, a coffee roaster, an outdoor swimming pool and much more. The city of Kempten, with its culture and shopping, is only 8 km away.

The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

Sawmill Eschachthal Apartment Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into the Sleeping Beauty sleep for the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and relocation to the residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved by the refurbished exposed beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900 m, so the climate is a bit rough, yet very sunny in summer. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

A trip to the Allgäu mountains, shopping or experiencing culture, everything is possible.
