Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. Lakes, hiking trails (including Jacobsweg), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

The picturesquely situated and very quiet village of Kreuzthal in Allgäu is attractive in all seasons. It is an ideal starting point for sporting activities, be it hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing or mountain biking. In summer you can swim in the free public swimming pool (200 m away) or in the Eschacher pond; in winter the nearest trails or ski resorts are not far. The apartment is ideal for couples and solo travelers, sports enthusiasts and business travelers.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

The apartment can accommodate 3 people and has its own access with a key box. Welcome to our beautiful, modern and stylishly furnished, secluded apartment in the Allgäu. This includes one bathroom with shower and a living/dining area with separate bedroom with large double bed. An additional two people can stay on the comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. Underfloor heating throughout. Creek rushing and cowbells ring. Private terrace and garden are in progress but not ready at the moment

A trip to the Allgäu mountains, shopping or experiencing culture, everything is possible.
