Great house and wonderful host for your Savannah Airbnb stay. The host is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever dealt with. She usually responds within minutes. The house is located in a good area and near everything via a short Uber ride. I like that it sits in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and has adequate private parking. The home is very clean and has all of the basics for your stay. There is adequate bedspace and plenty of towels for guests. Other amenities include a hairdryer, fully stocked linen closet, soaps, shampoos and a convenient washer and dryer for guest use. The house has a vintage southern feel with modern conveniences like high-speed wifi and smart TVs. I highly recommend this property.

The home was not only clean. But also incredibly stylish and welcoming. It had everything we needed, making our family stay both comfortable and memorable.

Carmelo & Claudia thought of everything! Their house is a home just waiting for you. So comfortable, extremely well stocked, cleaner than a 5-star hotel! My kids loved the games, ping pong, but especially exploring the yard for frogs and lizards and turtles. We were all amazed at how quiet it was too! We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and comfortable and the pictures were spot-on. The large fenced in back yard was great for our dog! It is a very convenient location, situated just a few minutes from I-95.

We enjoyed our stay with family In this beautiful home. It was just perfect with lots of space and well decorated throughout and appointed with quality furnishings. This Super host was wonderfulI and informative.. This home was very convenient to restaurants and also to the military base at Fort Stewart. We appreciated that everything inside and outside the house was in perfect working order. The convenient drive to Savannah for a day trip was a highlight for our family. We had a nice stay at Raquel's play within the Glenwood Grove section of Berwick Plantation. We have family in the Stonelake Townhomes section just a short distance away, so the proximity was very convenient. The floorplans of both locations are very similar, with dining, kitchen, living room, restroom, and master bedroom downstairs, and two additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Raquel's place includes a bonus playroom and laundry room upstairs. Communication was timely, access was easy, and the home was clean with all necessary supplies and amenities. The location is about 20 minutes from downtown Savannah (Bay Street/River Street), which was fine for us.

This place suited ALL our purposes: within ten minutes of our targeted locations, places to eat and services close, all appliances worked, beds were comfortable, sufficient quality linens and paper products, and a super responsive host! Kitchen had sufficient quality items (nice mugs! sharp knives!) and was spotless. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. The published description was EXACTLY what we experienced. I really enjoyed the peaceful area and my view every morning as the sun rose, as I sipped my coffee. We even experienced a friendly wild turkey and a gopher turtle! Not to mention the beautiful morning deer and the heehaws from the Mules/Donkeys were just so entertaining. Great stay.

First let me say Ryan's listing saved us from a Abnb nightmare with a previous house we booked. This was a last minute booking and Ryan got us all in and good to go and once we arrived we were amazed at how big the home was. The furniture the decor the game room helped make our savannah business trip seem less like a business trip and more like a vacation. With coffee tea supplies and plenty of other great amenities we truly loved the place. it was also only 20 min from the savannah convention center and 15-20 min from downtown savannah. Highly recommended and would deff stay again!!
