Cottage holiday rentals in Bruxelles

We spent 4 nights as a couple at this gorgeous cottage in Bornem. Everything was very clean and tidy and exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the listing. The kitchen in particular was extremely well equipped. I have rarely seen this in a vacation rental. In addition to kitchen utensils of any kind, there was also a freezer and microwave. Also noteworthy is the great secluded location surrounded by nature. If you are looking for peace and relaxation and just want to switch off, this is the place to be. The hot tub overlooking the lake then does the rest. We can only recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Perfect place for holiday

Everything was perfect, very happy with the accommodation

We stayed only one night, but it was great. The place is very well situated in a calm area just next to the river. The only thing to think about if you are staying a long time is that the fridge is quite small and there is no freezer. But there is a huge supermarket very close, so you could probably just buy the things you need day by day.

Very lovingly furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable. Everything is great except the access to the house over the lawn. This was not easy due to the ongoing rain.

We would recommend this listing 200%! The lodge is very cozy and very well laid out. It's very clean and has everything you need! We stayed three nights with our little dog, everything was perfect. The garden and sauna are a big plus. The environment is peaceful, which is very relaxing! The hosts are friendly. We'll be back 😊

It was one of the best place to stay! Our 2 years old daughter and dog enjoyed the safe, beautiful garden a lot! We would love to back for sure!

I had a lovely stay, with a place to store my bicycle! Yves is very friendly and has really interesting stories to share, but also gives you all the space to do your own thing. Thanks and hopefully meet you again!

Absolutely recommended, we enjoyed the stay very much! The cottage is very cozy, super neat and clean, and the enclosed garden was also perfect for our dog. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.

Great, quiet place to stay right in the countryside. Beautiful surroundings perfect for walks and cycling. Especially the terrace overlooking nature is beautiful! Absolutely recommended!

Mattias’s place is quite special, not just because of the mini donkeys and the black and white goats, but because the place is very peaceful, clean, beautifully constructed, has all the necessary amenities. Mattias is a good host, makes you feel welcomed. The only thing I would have liked better is to be able to invite a few friends over, for a short dip in the pool. The house rules forbid this, but usually the people that can come over can also be quiet and well mannered. Overall I recommend Mattias’s place for a relaxing, peaceful stay. Oh, and the mini donkeys are adorable!

We had a very pleasant stay in this characterful cottage. The cottage was more spacious than we expected. It is decorated with a lot of taste and decent materials. Christine is very friendly and made us feel like we could always go to her. Nearby we did a nice walk, we visited l'abbaeye de villers (impressive), enjoyed peace and quiet. We went very well at "Quel bon vin t"amene". It is very nice that bicycles are available (we did not use them, however). The outdoor terrace is also very cozy. In short, recommended!

We had a nice and relaxing stay. Very nice and clean cottage with a beautiful view. On Saturday evening we enjoyed 2 hours of wellness that is located in the same building. Clean and warm wellness with the correct explanation of the hosted. Definitely recommended!

We were three people and the accommodation suited us perfectly. Gerda and Theo are a nice couple who go out of their way to make you enjoy your stay.

Beautiful spacious house for large families... We were warmly welcomed... BBQ and ping pong table were at the rendezvous despite fickle weather! Very well located to explore the area.
