The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation for the second time. It was a wonderful holiday again. It is a haven of peace in a beautiful and quiet place. You feel at home very quickly. Everything is quickly accessible on foot, by public transport or with your own vehicle. Many opportunities for walks, visits and hikes are easily accessible. The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes' drive from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Spectacular scenery and beautifully designed property

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was really nice and communication was very good, i would recommend renting a car as it makes it easier to travel around como but there is a bus stop in front of the house which is convenient

The apartment is located in Aldesago, very close to the Lugano city and with breathtaking view on the lake - the area is really well commuted (bus no. 12 or funicular). Inside you have everything you need - nicely equipped kitchen, superclean bathroom and very comfortable beds! The view from terrace is truly stunning! It was also so nice to be able using swimming pool belonging to the facility! Although we’ve been already in Lugano few times before, I think, this staying was the best one ;) P.S. the owners are angels 😇

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. The check-in went very smoothly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

The apartment has everything you need. There is enough space for three people. From the apartment, it is only a few metres to the lake and pool. Despite the perfect weather and holiday season, it was very quiet throughout the complex. You can park the car directly in front of the accommodation.

This was our first visit to Morcote and Nadia’s accommodation . It was very comfortable , quiet and a matter of minutes from Lake Lugano. We found it perfect for our needs and had a memorable holiday there.

Beautiful and nature-filled haven in Porto Ceresio surmounting Lago Lugano and surrounded by greens and mountains. The house is thoughtfully designed, comfortable and cozy. Our host Marco is friendly, professional, proactive and always willing to help on everything we need. It’s a perfect place for family and friends to make wonderful moments and memories. Beautifully remodeled very large home with Italian character and history, located in a very nice and peaceful small town on the lake. Federico is an excellent host, very friendly and always responds super fast. The home was extremely clean and everything smelled very fresh and new! There is an Italian restaurant just around the corner, and just a 3 min walk will take you straight to the lake. There is a nice beach area and a beautiful fun children playground where my toddler loved to play every day. The welcoming gifts from Federico made us feel like at home immediately. We loved it and enjoyed our stay very much. PS: My very favorite was the gorgeous bathroom and amazing shower! I wish I could have a bathroom like that in my house!
