Monthly Rentals in Brunswick

Lovely one bed apartment right by public transit and near Sydney Road. Double glazing keeps the noise down for when you need to sleep. Was perfect for our stay in Brunswick.

My girlfriend and I stayed Olivia’s apartment for our first month in Australia. We absolutely loved the apartment and the area. So many nice places to eat, drink, listen to music, shop nearby. The apartment is even nicer than the photos and Olivia was a top class host. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and sorry we had to leave.

Can’t beat the location for this - within walking distance of trams/trains, and so many great local cafes/pubs/restaurants (Tony recommended loads too)! Has all the amenities you need for short-term or long-term stays. We really enjoyed our stay! 😊 Note: be aware you are directly above a kebab shop, who close at 1am at the earliest - ear plugs definitely help! If you’re a very light sleeper though, this may be an issue for you. For the night folk (us), it’s great for late night food!
