A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Positioned right on the CBD tram line just off Melbourne's iconic Lygon Street, the Laneway Studio is in the heart of East Brunswick village's bustling nightlife. All Melbourne's best pubs, clubs, restaurants and hotspots are also within a 5km radius. With your own private entrance via the laneway and private outdoor space, the Laneway Studio is a perfect place to lay your hat. There's a lovely park just across the street too. It is newly renovated and freshly painted with a calming atmosphere.

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.

This unique and unexpected hidden gem in the heart of Brunswick. Located in southern Brunswick between Lygon St and Sydney Rd, with the bustling bars, cafes and restaurants including renowned Rumi and Zia Teresa a short walk away. Enjoy easy access via tram to Melbourne University, Swanston St, Flinders St station and the CBD. If horse racing is your thing, jump on a bus at the end of the road straight to the gate of Moonee Valley racecourse.
