Amy’s Blue Jay house is really cute and comfortable. The furniture is comfortable and she provides extra blankets and nice fluffy towels. The house is very clean and has a nice front and back porch. The neighbors were nice and the yard is spacious and green. Parking is easy and private. Amy was great about communicating. The neighborhood is walkable with a nearby park with a walking track and playgrounds. There’s even a library just a couple of houses down the street. I really enjoyed my stay and am so grateful that Amy made her home available.

We are from Texas, and this was the first AirBnB we have ever rented (we chose this bc we had out boat and did not want to park at a hotel). Excellent communcation from Barrie! Extremely Fast Response to any message I sent! The house and outside surroundings were Cute as can be! Air temp (inside the house) was perfect when we arrived (I am very hot natured, so I really appreciate that!!). My husband was surprised to see a few food items for our convenience, although we did not use them. We were not sure what restaurants would be in town since Yellville is so small, but don't be fooled!! Yellville is a happening town!! We ate at the pizza place, which was very good!! We had a Great experience all the way around!! Thank you, Barrie, for sharing your home!!

The house is small but had everything we needed. It was thoughtfully designed and very neat, clean and organized. I would stay here again!

It's a bit off the beaten path and that's what makes it amazing. The cabin is just the right size for a couple to get away. Sitting on the porch listening to the water was peaceful. The resident dog was really sweet. Stephanie is really nice and only a step away if you need anything. We plan to be back soon.
