In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Spacious & bright one-room apartment (26 m²) with kitchenette and separate bathroom within walking distance of several tram and bus lines as well as Cologne-Ehrenfeld train station. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street on the first floor of an old building from the nineteenth century. In the front garden - right in front of the apartment - there is also a small terrace with two garden chairs and a small table for exclusive use.

The historic Augustusburg Castle, the train station and the city centre with numerous shops, bars and restaurants are just a 3-minute walk away.
