It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Grossglockner area, the National Park "Hohe Tauern".An alpine holiday apartment on two floors in the old farmhouse, on a permaculture farm, with a separate entrance and its own large terrace. Natural materials give the living comfort a pleasantly warm character. The mountains and the valley within reach, in a secluded location at the edge of the forest. The apartment is bookable all over the year.

Unser kleines Appartement (35m²) liegt am Bauernhof "Amosergut". Perfekt geeignet ist es für 2 Personen, die gerne sportlich aktiv sind und Zeit in der Natur verbringen. Direkt vom Appartement führen verschieden Wanderwege und Radtouren auf die nahe gelegenen Berge und Almhütten. Unser Badeteich und Liegebereich im Garten gegenüber können kostenlos mitbenützt werden. Dorfgastein ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Das ca. 38 m2 große Apartment befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus, im ersten Obergeschoss. Es besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV, Schlafcouch, Balkon, Kleiderschrank, Küchenzeile, Essbereich, Garderobe und einem großen Bad mit Badewanne und WC. W-Lan, Parkplatz sowie die Nutzung des Skikellers, sind kostenlos. Wir als Deine Gastgeber wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Dein Eingang ist natürlich separat.

Our house is located in a sunny location in the district Thumersbach in Zell am See. The apartment offers space for 2-4 people and a big deck. From the balcony you can enjoy a marvellous view to the mountains.
