Our time at Branko's Casa Piano was very nice. Branko (the owner) lives next door and was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. He gave us great tips regarding restaurants and events nearby. We were absolutely satisfied and can only recommend it to everyone. You have your peace there, it is a bit remote in a small village but perfect for relaxing and the next major city of Labin is also only about 10 to 15 minutes by car. All in all, just a great stay.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa with stunning views. Mirjana's warm welcome and availability made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. The setting is quiet, peaceful and impeccably maintained. The outdoor kitchen, located by the pool, was a real asset during our stay. I highly recommend this place as well as Mirjana for an exotic stay in Croatia and unforgettable moments.

We were received in a very friendly manner by Alex and Igor. There were maps of the area with tips on restaurants and attractions. The apartment was very clean and conveniently furnished. The village of Valbandon is very small, but there is a very good restaurant (Rosignol) a few meters away. Since we were there out of season (end of September/beginning of October), we can't say what else is going on in Valbandon. For us, the tranquility was just right. However, a car is recommended if you want to see something of the beautiful region. We felt completely comfortable.

What a wonderful stay! Samira was a thoughtful and attentive host, who was always able to help and provide support when needed. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It was perfectly described and so close to the town, and was a perfect base for exploring Istria.

We will definitely stay at Patricia's place - everything was well furnished, clean, filled with useful household supplies. There was nothing superfluous in the apartment - a comfortable double bed, a sofa, even a sea view from the balcony. It was convenient to live, cook. Patricia recommended great places to visit, was always available and answered any questions, although there were almost none. The sea was very close, with a great pine park, cafes, tennis courts and large shopping centers where you can find everything in 7 minutes. Someone may be confused by the nearby ancient cemetery, but it is not at all visible from the windows and if I had not looked at the map, I would not have known about it:)) We had a great time! We recommend Patricia and her wonderful apartment to everyone🤍

We liked the apartment very much. It was well equipped, very clean and well air-conditioned. Host was super nice, always helpful and available 24 hours. Robust, easy check-in and check-out. I'd love to come back.

We stayed for two weeks in the house as a family and we highly recommend it to all! It is fully equipped with everything you may need as a family, to have a very comfortable stay! It has two very spacious bedrooms and very good facilities for laundry and meal preparation. The location is fantastic in the old town of Koper and everything is a short walk away to explore as well as bus and taxi station just a few minutes away! The house was super clean and fully ready for us when we arrived and the hosts welcomed us in the best possible way! Overall a great find and we hope to stay again when we next visit Koper!

Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and all your helpful tips and friendly communication. We will not soon forget your beautiful property and hope to return. Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect place to stay in a beautiful place.

The property was better than the description and photographs suggested. The terrace was lovely with amazing views. The property was spotlessly clean. There was also a vast array of welcome drinks which was greatly appreciated. Alenka was easy to contact and answered questions swiftly. Great place and lovely stay.

Sara's place is very nice overlooking the sea. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. By car, you can reach the city center within 7 minutes. The communication with Sara was easy and she responded quickly. There is a Nespresso capsule machine.
