It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
