Wonderful Stay with Excellent Hospitality I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Estela’s property. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Estela was an exceptional host—always responsive, understanding, and incredibly accommodating, even when unexpected situations arose. Her communication was clear and thoughtful, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located, making it easy to commute to nearby Maryland, DC, and Virginia. It’s close to River Rd, Massachusetts Avenue, and the highway, with excellent public transportation options available. The location really made daily life and traveling around the area simple and efficient. I also appreciated how well-maintained the property was, which made it a comfortable and relaxing place to live. I would highly recommend Estela’s place to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming host. I’m truly grateful for the experience and now it’s my top choice in the area

This was a perfect stay. The host (Kelly) was responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate various requests and provide additional information about the neighborhood (which was stunning, walkable and safe). She even provided an extension cord for an EV charger which ultimately wasn’t needed. The unit itself was as thoughtful as the host. It was recently renovated and all the right investments were made—quality materials, excellent use of space, large kitchen sink, motion activated lights along the walkway outside…even the kitchen utensils and other amenities were on point such as pantry items, a high quality robe and towels, soft wash cloths, and more. Nothing about this unit was an afterthought. It’s clear a great deal of intention and care went into ensuring guests have a seamless experience. I couldn’t have been more impressed. 10/10 would recommend!

Ghulam is a wonderful host and provides a clean, fairly spacious private accommodation with many amenities, private bath, kitchen, and places for storage. The photos capture the look well, but may even underestimate the clean and peaceful ambiance. Ideal for short to long term stays, and a wonderful value. Highly recommend Ghulam and his space, and I will likely always return whenever I am in the area.

Wonderful place to stay. Lots of space and privacy. Anne also had the option of purchasing pastries with a small salad that were delicious, nutritious, and convenient. I really appreciate her hospitality and space.
