The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

The picturesque market town of Newcastle Emlyn with local amenities, antiques, pubs and cafes is 5 mins away. Relax in the tranquility, the heated swimming pool or walk through natural meadows. Pets are very welcome.
