Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Welcome to our charming and cosy home! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Close to the vibrant city, but located in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is older and full of charm, with a lovely garden featuring several seating areas. The interior is personal, colourful and creative, featuring several handmade items. This is where an architect, her two children, their dog and their chickens live on a daily basis – a fact that is evident in the home's warm and vibrant character.

Large villa of 207 m2, with large lush garden with lovely, covered terrace, orangery and trampoline. It is 800 m to the beach and 350 m to a lake. S-train to Copenhagen 1.3 km away, there are 5 min to groceries + fishmonger, and 5 km to the art museum Arken. There is a large, bright living room, with access to the terrace and orangery, bedroom and two very large, lovely bedrooms/children's rooms. Delicious kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, guest toilet, office with bed, and laundry room. Bicycles are rented.

Tree top hut 6 meters up - fully heated

Welcome to our cozy treetop cabin, built from recycled materials - 6.2 m above the ground. The cabin overlooks the fields, is insulated, has electricity, heating, a tea kitchen and a comfortable sofa that turns into a small double bed. Enjoy the two terraces and running water in the treetop and toilet with sink below the cabin. Optional add-on: Breakfast (DKK 175/2 pers.) - wilderness bath (DKK 350) or one of our 2 outdoor 'escape rooms' (DKK 150/children, DKK 200/adults). The calendar is opened continuously!

This unique architect-designed house is located in a peaceful cottage area by the scenic Skuldelev Ås. The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. Please note that we offer a 15% discount on weekly stays.
