Perfect for a couple and so nice she lets a pet stay. Really convenient for venues in south Birmingham and to motorways. Lovely courtyard garden. It was hot but bedroom fan worked well despite having to keep windows closed due to traffic noise. Great value too. Just a couple of silly things - pot lids? Perhaps it was me but couldn’t fine. And please … a cafeteire (pretty essential)! A great base for a week of physio and local hospital. Made it all so much easier :-)

Really enjoyed the three nights we spent at Jack's house. It was a perfect peaceful retreat overlooking a pond, and with a great view across the fields. Inside is well appointed, very clean, warm and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Anne’s place was simply perfect for us and our aging dog. Lovely space next to the house for walking etc. House was clean and had everything you needed for a long or short stay. Next to the town Main Street and all amenities and restaurants. Roger was a lovely man and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay and will be back again if they will have us! What a fabulous stay we had at Rimmer’s Farm House. An absolutely stunning house and an incredible welcome hamper including cake, Easter chocolate, dog treats, fresh eggs, milk, breakfast juices etc. The house is extremely spacious and the hosts have thought of just about every additional touch to make it a very special stay for families and friends.

The cottage was great, in beautiful gardens. We finally played tennis with the kids on the last day and it is sat in the most peaceful picturesque gardens. The holiday was about meeting up with family and all the young children; the cottage was perfect for what we wanted. Jill gave us great recommendations. We visited many of the places she told us about, the zoo, the castle and a few pubs to eat in. Overall great first visit to the Cotswolds. Thanks Mike.

A truly wonderful and peaceful stay. The amenities were excellent—everything you could need to feel right at home. It’s the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, with acres of open land for long strolls and scenic walks up the hill. There were plenty of board games to keep both kids and adults entertained throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. Pam was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and very responsive.

Lovely home with ample space, beautiful facilities, and near to the best villages in the Cotswolds. The Airbnb is very homely and made us feel comfortable right away.

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. We had an absolutely fantastic two-night stay at this incredible property! From the moment we arrived, it exceeded all expectations. The listing was accurate, but in person, everything was even better than described. The cottage itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were highlights of our stay—luxurious, private, and perfect for relaxing. The games room and tennis court added so much fun, especially for some friendly competition! The surrounding views were breathtaking, with fields and scenic walks right at our doorstep. It truly felt like an escape into nature while still being close to all the comforts and luxuries one could want. The hosts were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always available for any questions or needs. Their attention to detail and hospitality made the stay even more special. This is easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return :)

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

We had an amazing stay at Louise's place. it was so peaceful in lovely surroundings. We just wanted to relax for a few days without doing a great deal and it was an ideal place to do exactly that. The guide to the local area and amenities was especially helpful. slightly disappointed with the... weather! but only to be expected in the UK! still managed a dip in the pool which was superb!, tried a game of tennis and enjoyed the hottub. it really was a lovely stay, waking up to the ponies and wildlife was amazing too! would highly recommend Louise as a host

If you’re considering staying here just book it, trust me! I’ve stayed in lots of Airbnbs and this one tops the list - really absolutely magical. The sauna & pond experience + hot tub + views + sweet & unique cabin; it’s really a special experience. Nick was fantastic; communication was perfect, really everything far above and beyond expectations.

We had a lovely weekend, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed the tennis court, tablet tennis and board games. Lovely walks around the area, and the village nearby had a little shop which supplied the extras we'd missed from our Sainsbury's delivery. The host answered our questions before we came away and provided detailed instructions on how to reach the property. The kitchen had everything we needed for 11 people and we were glad of the dishwasher.

We all loved our stay at the Coach house. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed and the gardens were stunning. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool which was a real treat! We would love to return and stay here again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place feels more like a house than an apartment. A few minutes walk to the main town shops, bars and restaurants plus a 5 minute walk to the river. Very spacious and ample room for four adults and think it would be fine for 6. If you wanted to cook the kitchen was well equipped and the garden was lovely to sit out. There is free parking up a steep hill so dropping luggage before parking car is a must. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Rachel's place. It was exactly as described. Out in the countryside in a safe and quiet area. Rachel and Tracy communicated well in advance. It was nice to be met by Tracy on our arrival. The property was very comfortable. We appreciated milk, bread, butter and jam being left for us. We will definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

Our 3rd stay in Simola this month while our house was being rebuilt. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Esther, John and Kathleen were all excellent and accommodating hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay in Justine’s apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. The view was stunning and the Malvern hills are right on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Lovely clean, new accommodation and very tidy garden, as described and exactly as in photos. Very good kitchen. Everything I needed. Really comfy sofa and bed. Enclosed space for a medium to large dog and some extra space around the property for exercising dogs. Plenty of parking. Great farm shop/cafe (Hillers) and secure dog field just a few mins away. The only downside for me was the busy/noisy road, which I thought was more of a back road due to my lack of local knowledge. But the windows are well glazed so you can't really hear it once inside, and I imagine I noticed it more because where I live is super quiet. Rosie and family were very helpful and friendly, and I would happily book again if I needed to visit the area.

Great location and easy to find with a lovely cafe and couple of pubs walking distance. The cottage was perfect, very clean, comfortable and private….thank you for the treats, loved the wine and chocolates! Plenty of options for dog walking and the private garden was secure for our dog, loved our stay and the Cotswold.

David is great host - friendly and welcoming. He was very flexible and accommodating with my long stay booking. And very responsive when I needed help with fixing a problem. Many thanks, David.
