Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Zug, der in 22 min in Nbg ist. Tiere nur auf Anfrage.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

Die Wohnung befindet sich im idyllischen Enderndorf. Sie bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer). Zusätzlich wäre noch ein Kleinkind im Kinderbett möglich. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Außerdem steht Ihnen ein Balkon und eine Terrasse zur Verfügung. Im kleinen Garten befindet sich ein abschließbarer Schuppen zur Unterbringung der Fahrräder. Der See mit Badestrand ist in nur ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

There you will find the bathing beach, adventure playground, and the MS Brombach dock. The climbing forest and the barefoot path are also within walking distance. Restaurant 50 meters away! Two parking spaces are included directly at the apartment.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. As we are currently renovating the property, some equipment and building materials are on the premises. The entrance area of the apartment is somewhat restricted by the current construction site. However, a quiet stay is guaranteed. 🙏🏾

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
