Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

In dem Holzhaus ist eine permanente Lüftung vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer sorgt ein großes Wasserbett (2 m x 2,20 m) für guten Schlaf. Die Unterkunft wurde liebevoll individuell ausgestattet. Die Küche ist klein aber super ausgestattet. Grillen und Sonnen im Garten. Außensauna, 2 eBikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox für jeweils extra zubuchbar.

The apartment has WiFi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, dishwasher and much more, which offers the perfect basis for a great meal. The entire apartment is fitted with LED spotlights. In addition to a double bed in the bedroom, the couch with integrated sleeping function can accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former schoolhouse dating from 1888. The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads into the granny flat invites you to linger. Numerous cycle paths and the Franconian Lake District are in the immediate vicinity, as is the train that takes you to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Außerdem steht Ihnen ein Balkon und eine Terrasse zur Verfügung. Im kleinen Garten befindet sich ein abschließbarer Schuppen zur Unterbringung der Fahrräder. Der See mit Badestrand ist in nur ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
