Family home in fabulous location

I can’t respond to booking requests until 15 November. This house is on a quiet tree-lined street but within walking distance of Herne Hill, Brixton, and Brockwell Park, the biggest in Lambeth. There is very limited weekday parking. There are excellent bus, underground and train links eg 30 mins to the West End. It’s set up with toddlers in mind so there are stair gates, fire guard etc. The kitchen is large, light and airy, and leads on to the rear garden which can be used for al fresco dinin

Little Garden Room, London, SE21

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

We are a shoe-free household. On offer is our beautiful home of 25 years for a few weeks in the year. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 people. We are in a family area with fantastic transport links to Central London in 10-20mins by train. Nestled between trendy Herne Hill and upmarket Dulwich Village in London Zone 2. The area is surrounded by artisan coffee shops, delis and restaurants. Our house is walkable to both Brockwell and Dulwich parks.

Lovely flat in Tulse Hill, just 3 mins walk from Tulse Hill station. There's a spacious kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms (one king, one twin/king convertible) beautiful bathroom and a study/desk area. There are some great wee pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk, or the vibrant area of Brixton is just a 30 minute walk or short bus trip. Regular trains into central London go from Tulse Hill station, a few mins walk away.

Surprisingly quiet, surrounded by trees and set well back from the road, this gorgeous Victorian flat is spacious and full of period character. High ceilings, original wood floors and other original features. The flat is a 12 minute walk to Brixton with its excellent bars, restaurants and the famous market. From there it is only four stops on the Underground to Victoria and central London.
