Fabulous location, very quaint and relaxing - lovely bath in the room to chill, pristine and clean, and the garden is very beautiful with tables and chairs - it was a bit windy but Joanna can’t control the weather! In the sunshine you could spend hours on walks from the annexe - highly recommended!!

I stayed at Owen’s annex for around 4-5 weeks and felt right at home from the start. The place itself was lovely—cosy, well-equipped, and in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Owen was an amazing host, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. He was really friendly, and I enjoyed our chats—such a genuine and welcoming person! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable and relaxing place with a great host.

The Middle Farm flat was a wonderful place to stay and explore London and points in the southwest of Britain. We truly loved the local atmosphere as well as the convenience to public transport (<2 miles away), shops, and restaurants. Kate was an amazing hostess—so helpful, kind, and accommodating—and the flat was clean, comfortable, and a beautiful home away from home. If we ever have opportunity to return to the area, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

A fantastic place to stay. Host lovely and easy to contact. Beautiful surroundings with plenty of walking on the doorstep. Good pub 4 minutes walk away with a warm welcome and excellent food.
