very cozy place. we loved our stay. friendly host. gave us lots of recommendations and was very accommodating.

Staying at Katherine’s cottage was perfect for us. My husband and I had a conference at the Broadmoor. This cottage felt closer to the conference center than some of the guests of the resort. Such an easy, short walk to the venue. Not to mention the easy accessibility to the Broadmoor lake for a walk in the morning or evening. Katherine is a real gem. Quick to respond and very thoughtful. The cottage is exactly as it is described. Having a full kitchen to prepare meals and laundry facilities made it super convenient. Sprouts and Natural Grocers are close by so you can stock up. We stayed a few days after the conference ended. There is so much to do in Colorado Springs and Katherine’s cottage is so centrally located that it was quick and easy to get to our excursions. We highly recommend Katherine and Steven’s cottage.

Benjamin’s place was awesome! The directions he gave were spot on to get into the location. Definitely would book here again.

The cozy yellow cottage exceeded all expectations we had for our stay. Not only is the space inside beautiful, but the location is unmatched! You are close to many parks and activities, as well as great food options downtown. The beautiful views from right outside the house are very memorable! The house itself was stocked with everything you need to feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
