Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

A great room in a sweet little house. Frederick very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Comfy bed, quiet - nice to have your own toilet and sink. Frederick’s house is in a great location - close to railway station, and an easy beautiful walk through the cathedral into the lanes of Norwich. A steep staircase to room for those with mobility issues. Would very happily stay here again thanks Frederick!

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

A lovely apartment, approx 5 minutes walk into the centre of Cromer. The apartment was very spacious, bigger than I expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack including pastries, Buck’s Fizz, milk , fruit etc. It has quality furnishings and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Super American style fridge freezer in the large kitchen/diner and a lovely comfy king size bed in the large bedroom. Jean was very responsive and on hand if needed. This was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, I will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Jean.

What a pleasure it was to stay at City Oasis. The entire house was spotlessly clean and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, the sitting room had extremely comfy sofas and the beds were very comfortable. I could honestly not fault a thing. Would definitely stay there again.

Could not recommend this beautiful house more. Everything was perfect and well thought out, with lots of extra pieces to make you feel at home. The whole house is stunning. Paul was extremely responsive, going above and beyond to assist us in our stay with the BBQ, patio heater and late check out being stand outs. I love this little hideaway. It's super peaceful, spacious and comfortable in a great location for exploring Norwich and the surrounding countryside. Sara is a lovely host and this is always a place I look forward to visiting.

Such a peaceful place. Lovely decor, great smell, board games, antique books. Extremely clean. I watched the sunrise from my bedroom’s window. Well equipped kitchen, lots of plants and flowers around the cottage. Rustic places with character. A lovely garden outside with table and chairs to enjoy evening drinks or a morning coffee. Overall, excellent, I will be back.

Ruth’s home is a welcoming place to stay. It’s very comfortable and characterful, the bed is comfy and there’s lots of hot water. Ruth is a generous host and communication was good throughout. For those working there, the wifi is strong but the dedicated work space is just the dining room. Fine if working alone but possibly not if others are in the house. There is an attractive walk from the house and a sweet garden to sit in. Thanks Ruth.

We had a lovely stay in Wroxham. The accommodation was exactly what we needed, was clean and well equipped. The location of the property is perfect and central to all amenities. Kevin was a great host and was very helpful. We would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay.

This was our second time visiting Erna and Dave's from London and we were lucky enough to spend 6 days this time. Although it's just a short drive into Norwich, it feels like entering another world of peaceful nature, with two balconies to take in the stunning views. With great coffee and pubs a quick walk away, lots of space and a comfy bed, this might just be the perfect city break. Erna is an amazing host as well, always friendly and responsive and offered us a flexible check-out, which was greatly appreciated. We hope to be back soon!

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely peaceful stay at The Annex . The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The garden was perfect for the dogs to lie around enjoying the sun after a long walk . All the amenities were of a very good standard . The setting is beautiful with field views all around .

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely weekend break. Very nice little flat with good facilities, in a brilliant location, which was very peaceful. We will definitely be back very soon.
