Holiday rentals with breakfast in Broadland

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

Welcoming light & airy place with tasteful décor, comfy bedding and very comfortable living room. Kitchen though small is incredibly well stocked, both with food (including pantry items and fresh treats provided in fridge) and tools for those that like cooking: we made the most of them! A real cooks' kitchen. Bathroom also has a you-don't-need-to-bring-it completeness. Enchanting garden with outdoor seating, & handsome hens(with delicious free eggs!) for added interest. Nice country walks, and Rebecca & Richard are delightfully friendly, generous, knowledgeable and helpful. A special nook of England!

We had a great stay at June's place. We were a group of 11 adults and there was plenty of space and the pictures matched the house - in fact it felt roomier than the pictures. a nice garden space as well. The beach is a short walk away and there is a pub and a cafe nearby, and you are well placed for lots of exploring of North Norfolk. It's not fancy but it is homely, everything is clean, spacious and is very practical for a big group. I would recommend the house!

Our stay in this house was amazing! the house is great. walking distance for a few pubs. There are 2 takeaways ( indian & Chinese across the road. We eat our breakfast in Pakefield Pantry everyday! amazing breakfast and coffee! only 100 meters walking from the house. corner shop only 100 meters from the house. Lowestoft only 5 minutes drive.We took a 30 minutes train journey to Norwich, it was so easy option for us. I strongly suggest for everyone to visit Southwold and book Adnams brewery tour! it's really great! Thank you Sarah for such a lovely place for us to stay.

We stayed in the annex for two nights while in the area - it was just what we needed after a busy couple of days. Easy private driveway parking, peaceful location, cosy and accomodation including large comfy sofa to relax on in the evenings. The annex was actually bigger than we realised from the photos. Gwyn was responsive, friendly and helpful both before and during our stay and gave us some good recommendations for places to visit. Would definitely stay here again when in Suffolk!

We have just returned home from our second stay at the Bothy. Everything about the accommodation was as perfect as on our previous visit. The welcome we received on arrival was warm and genuine, and Julie and Graham were clearly pleased that we had decided to return for another holiday. The property was perfect for our needs - being comfortable, with excellent facilities and a location which is central for visiting lots of different places. All in all we can thoroughly recommend The Bothy and we would definitely return again if holidaying in Norfolk.

Lovely small cottage tucked away off the road but close to local amenities. The cottage was kept clean & had all we required for a comfortable stay. Gail, herself was extremely helpful with instructions given on how to find the cottage. All in all our stay at The Stables proved to be a really pleasant one & Tess (the dog with us) seemed to enjoy herself too.

Just a lovely place to stay in a quiet little village. Prefect for our party and very dog friendly. Had a very good Sunday dinner in the village pub which is only a few minutes walk away. My family are already saying we should look to book the house again for next year for our family May get away

The photos on the site don't do the property justice. It is lovely, spacious and clean. We will not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was perfect. Paul and Debs are lovely hosts and made sure our stay was comfortable putting the heating on before we arrived and leaving supplies of milk, juice and breakfast for us. We loved the information book and followed recommendations which were great. The location is ideal - in walking distance to a pub and the sea and loads to do around. Just sad we couldn’t stay for longer.

Eilish's place was amazing! We stayed for couples of nights and we have everything we need and more. Eilish made us feel very welcoming. We will stay there again, 100% sure!

A great old inn with well-appointed modern rooms. The food and service are excellent. Very good breakfast, included.

100% -Highly recommended Always delighted to come back to stay with Penny & Tiggy (wonderful little black lab) Very comfortable bed - I slept so well Good hot shower / bath in my bathroom upstairs. Very tasty breakfast - with fresh mint from the garden for the tea & fresh coffee for the cafetiere - with a tasty granola with Greek yogurt, bananas, and toasted sourdough with a local Norfolk honey. My favourite beach is nearby - 5 mins drive to Winterton on sea & the seal reserve & sand dunes. Previously, I've only stayed a few days. This time, I was delighted to stay the whole week. I felt very much at home & look forward to coming back soon. Thank you, Penny, and especially little Tiggy.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Kitty’s beautiful and interesting house. Kitty is warm and welcoming, and keen to help in any way. We felt very relaxed and welcome. Kettle and drinks in the bedroom and a wonderfully comfy bed. A great place to stay.

Riona’s place was an absolute delight and Riona was lovely, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was super and the bedroom very comfortable. Walking distance from a cute pub too. I would highly recommend this place.

Spent the weekend here with family whilst visiting relatives. Su’En provides a breakfast which was amazing - especially the granola. Accommodation was very clean and all facilities were as stated. We couldn’t recommend this place more, in such a beautiful place! Will definitely be returning when we visit family again. Thank you for hosting us all, and serving such a lovely breakfast, we really did enjoy it ❤️

Fantastic friendly and accommodating hosts. Felt very welcome at all times. Stay was as described, cosy hideaway with a beautiful garden on the doorstep. Added bonus to receive a real quality breakfast spread, particularly the homemade bircher museli, delicious!! Finally, some great recommendations on the local area to eat and drink of which we indulged in two! The kings head at Letheringset and the wiveton bell at wiveton. Would wholeheartedly recommend 👌

bridget was so friendly and helpful, her place is a short walk along a lovely river into norwich, breakfast was really good and we both felt right at home . . great value and highly recommended
