Holiday rentals with breakfast in Norfolk

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

Julie and Graham were great hosts, we was greeted when we arrived and made to feel very welcome, we were given some tips on some places we may like to visit Julie assured us if there was anything we needed let them know, on entering the Bothy it was clear they had thought of every thing, above and beyond what we could have exspected, the welcome pack was a lovely touch, some essentials that we had overlooked when packing, and some absoulutley delicious home made items! The bothy itself was really well fitted out, fullsize kitchen appliances and a great tv package to relax with. We would love to stay again when we next visit Norfolk! Sara’s property was a lovely cottage-feel home away from home. I visited over Christmas when seeing friends and family locally and it was a perfect place to stay as was only a couple of minutes drive from them. Location was peaceful and quiet, but still set in and around multiple other homes which was comforting. The property was very clean, comfy bed, and well lit at night. Sara also left some lovely homemade mince-pies in the kitchen! 10/10 would definitely book for Christmas again 🎄

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing but which is situated in a great location for visiting kings Lynn, and the North Norfolk coast. The master bedroom and bathroom is situated on the ground level so this worked well for us as our teenagers had the mezzanine level. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and the annexe is at the bottom of the owners garden with views into the woods. Great for dog walking and the lake is a 10 minute walk. Comfy beds and a hot good size shower. We appreciated the little extras, eg cereals, milk, dog treats and blankets for the sofa. Thank you Lorraine for being such an accommodating host. I am really sorry that we forgot to remove the dog poo from the garden 🙈

Fantastic stay at perdee place. Daughter loved the ponies which was a surprise. recommended to all who wish to stay.

Charming farm estate in English countryside. Rooms were renovated and clean, the breakfast included was amazing therefore the overall stay was perfect. Would love to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Clowns guest house. The accommodation was a really high standard, the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting my cousin in the village. We would highly recommend Lydia’s place.

The flat is beautiful and well furnished and laid out, and was nicely cleaned and ready for us. The flat was easy to access and located very close to the town, easily walkable or by bus. The host was very communicative and responsive, and very helpful to boot. We would definitely stay there again if the occasion arrises. An excellent stray and a tremendous host. 5 stars

We had a lovely stay. The flat was perfect. Paul and Debs are lovely hosts and made sure our stay was comfortable putting the heating on before we arrived and leaving supplies of milk, juice and breakfast for us. We loved the information book and followed recommendations which were great. The location is ideal - in walking distance to a pub and the sea and loads to do around. Just sad we couldn’t stay for longer.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Penny's. Beautiful area, lovely cosy home, super comfy bed, very good shower . Penny is super friendly and so his the adorable Tig :) Highly recommend

This is a lovely space. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The cooked breakfast was delicious and Clare is a friendly host. My dog enjoyed the stay too. The location is great - next to many of the wonderful Norfolk Norfolk activities. I would stay again.

Helen was a super nice host, friendly and attentive. Great location, very central to Holt town centre and easy to get to the surrounding attractions. The breakfast spread was lovely and varied with fresh bread from the bakery each morning! The chocolate & ginger tiffin was an extra treat! Thanks so much :-)

We absolutely loved our stay. Both hosts were really friendly and the food was excellent. Accommodation was gorgeous, clean and quiet. Loved to sit out in the garden to relax. Highly recommended.
