Serenity found! This Loft exceeded expectations. Calming ambiance, plush furnishings, and natural light made for a perfect retreat. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe with easy access to the stores and pubs yet a private property with all privacy to enjoy nature at its best. Host communication was seamless. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Phoebe and James' apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a fantastic view over the bay. Would love to return there in the future.

The location of this rental is breathtaking, literally a few steps from the beach and it really is. Wide constantly changing skies, the sea, the mountains, the birds….all seen from the huge glazed doors. The place itself is tiny but you have everything you need and such a clever use of space and nice and warm. Bed, duvet and bed linen all super comfortable and luxurious. The welcome basket is extremely generous and hosts super friendly too. I loved the local toiletries so much I went and bought my own!

Isobel is an amazingly kind host who was helpful from the moment we mentioned our flight from Texas was extremely delayed and we needed a later check in, all the way until we left. She is the most pro-actively responsive host we have stayed with. Book here if you are in Ft. William!

My husband, 10-year-old daughter and myself have just returned from a truly amazing week, the property is beautiful, with facilities that far exceeded expectations. We had such a relaxing time; the beds are super comfy; led in bed looking out to sea with a coffee in the morning was a true highlight. The gardens are beautifully kept and being gated and private we had no worries with our daughter playing out. The walk down to Watcombe Beach, albeit steep on the way back up but 100% worth it; we took our paddleboard down and went swimming on a number of occasions, the water is very calm, on 2 occasions we were in the water and within 20ft off us were 2 seals! The hot tub was perfect, lovely fluffy robes provided to keep off the chill. We used the BBQ each evening and ate out on the patio. Susan is an incredible host, nothing is too much trouble, very informative and exceedingly helpful, she really did enhance our stay and made us feel as if we were staying in a home from home.

Beautiful apartment with high-quality furnishings, located a short walk from Harrogate town centre in very pleasant surroundings. Tom, the host, was helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to return.

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Amazing kitchen we both loved cooking in our tapas meal in it. It was great to have a selection of herbs and spices already in the kitchen. Everything clean and tidy . David's place was our favourite during this one week holiday in Scotland. The location is amazing and seeing the water from the livingroom and bedroom windows was wonderful. However, what made it stand apart from other accommodations was the interior design: every single space inside the house is tasteful and cosy, and we felt at home from the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and the quality of towels, soaps and shower gels are five star hotel level. David and Amanda are great hosts, very friendly and thoughtful, and it is evident that the comfort of their guests is their priority - also, we were delighted to meet them in person. We were sorry to leave after only one day there and will be happy to go back when next in Scotland.

Perfect Girls weekend away! House was really lovely, excellent location to the beach and breathtaking views. Close to all local amenities and the hot tub was great for relaxing! Jacqui was an excellent host, extremely fast at responding and provided lovely touches to make our stay very comfortable! Will definitely come back!!

I booked The Coach House for my 30th birthday for a fun girls trip, the house is absolutely beautiful and the way it is decorated and styled is gorgeous. James was great at providing clear and easy instructions for check in/check out. We had the most amazing few days exploring the Cotswolds, turning 30 here was the best! Jon’s place is a beautiful home. From top to bottom it is pristine and very cosy. Check in was a breeze and Jon is very responsive and helpful with any questions. His place was a home away from home with very nice touches such as speakers and blankets. He was kind enough to leave us some drinks and chocolate with a lovely card to greet us when we checked in. An amazing host and an amazing home would book again in a heartbeat.

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

Could not rate this property high enough!!The communications were clear, proactive, friendly and very helpful. The place was spotless, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The view was spectacular of the water. Beds and couches were comfy. The guide for local attractions and restaurants was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Had an amazing stay here! The apartment is even better in person – super spacious, full of character, and really well put together. Loved all the little touches that made it feel cosy and luxurious at the same time. Location was perfect for exploring the Peak District, and Wirksworth itself is a lovely little town. Great communication from the host too – everything was really smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Chris and Julie were very welcoming, helpful, kind and responsive during our time at their beautiful property. The property is an amazing place, very private and set back off the road right by a fresh water creek, nestled in the hills and surrounded by nature. There is a conscious eco-lodge feel to the place and much has been done to give the place a natural and peaceful feel, including natural bedding and products in a space that has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is great too, with the town of Betws-y-Coed only about 15 minutes away and various Snowdon summit tracks not too far beyond that. A big thank you to Chris & Julie - I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shambles Secret. Jenny proved to be a first class host, who went above and beyond to make her guests happy; we cannot thank her enough. The flat was exactly as depicted in the pictures, lovely and cosy and a real home from home. We slept really well, and although the flat is right in the centre of York, it was remarkably quiet. We enjoyed our time in the flat as much as we did sightseeing in fabulous York. Shambles Secret really is right where you want to be, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Elaine’s place was the perfect spot to spend a night on our way to west Ireland. The location is very quiet and serene. The apartment is comfortable fine decorated and well equipped. Elaine is a wonderful host, we immediately felt at ease with her. Actually we should spend a couple of days there, perhaps next time!

Staying with Carmel is OG Airbnb, where there is actually a local host not an off-site corporation who owns the property you’re staying in. Carmel was wonderful and so welcoming. I was traveling alone and I really appreciate when it feels like I could reach out to the host if I have trouble without being a bother. The place itself is spectacular. They also have an actually stocked kitchen with more than just salt and pepper, which is soooo grand because you don’t have to spend money on an entire bottle of oil or butter or jam for a couple of quick meals. I hope to go back one day!
