Tom is a gentleman. Thoughtful, kind, and he clearly has great taste for how to furnish a home in order to make it practical and comfortable for guests. Tom reached out to us ahead of our stay with a friendly welcome and clear instructions for how to find his place. He met us there at the agreed check-in time and showed us around, which was a nice, thoughtful touch that we both appreciated. He lives locally, and told us not to hesitate to give him a shout if we needed anything. We didn't need to though; everything we needed was right there, including a well equipped kitchen, and also a spacious bath and shower room with lashings of hot water. The location is perfect. Right on the water's edge. Stunning views from most rooms. I found it very relaxing, leaning against the garden wall with a cuppa, watching the Bodinnick chain ferry (which stops at bedtime and starts again when its time to get up). Its a five-minute walk into Fowey. Delightful. Highly recommended!

Can’t praise Ollie and his home enough 👌🏽location,parking,comfort,home from home ,host response and more all 10/10 !you could not get any closer to centre,literally stones throw away. Provided ear plugs for church bells which like to ring 🤣 I’m a very light sleeper and didn’t sit yet b my sleeping but then a nightcap 🍷might have helped that too 🤭 Ollie’s home is just so homely, he’s thought of everything and everything about it is perfect ! Spotless , comfy bed and bedding and Ollie checked in from start to finish to make sure everything was ok .Ollie even found my ring which I hadn’t yet missed and contacted me to let me know …. Thank you !!! Don’t hesitate book this place it’s a little gem 💎

Matthew’s place is the upper end of 5*. Pristine presentation, crisp linen, blankets and pillows. This is a boutique home. Matthew’s communication was regular, and with the right information at the right time. This is what you need to know now, and then next and next. Anyone who has not been to the New Forest, it is an eye opener. Absolutely stunning. Bieulieu is stunning with great walks and the New Forest is cycling Mecca!

Francis was a fantastic host and his apartment is perfect! Plenty of room, hot showers, perfect location….5 stars all around! We’ll be back on our next Ireland trip!! Thanks Francis!!

A stunning house - very memorable! We had 4 adults and 2 kids there for a week - loads of space for everyone. Appreciated all the thoughtful touches - from the lovely welcome from Tadgh, to having lots of loo paper, shower gel, tea etc! A great location to explore Cork city and further afield. Highly recommend.

Ciara was great to deal with. The cottage was very cute and was just what we expected. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and helpful. Town is tiny but is very walkable and Ciara had lots of suggestions for things to do

A wonderful house set right in the centre of Woodstock. The property is presented to a high standard with all the little touches that you'd expect. It really is home from home. We just had such a wonderful week-long stay here!! I highly recommend the house for families visiting Lyme Regis. It’s a perfect size and location for a family holiday - we were three couples and our 4 month old baby, and we had everything we needed. Chris is a fabulous host; really responsive and he provided very clear instructions on finding and accessing the house. A bottle of local wine and biscuits were there for us when we arrived which was such a lovely touch! All three bedrooms are large, perfect for either couples or children sharing. The kitchen is big and bright with a lovely glass roof, its ideal for cooking big family meals. The sea views at the top of the garden are to die for, and it’s a beautiful spot for sundowners and a bbq! The house is in a great location as it’s a very short walk to the seafront and all the bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to coming back again!

We loved staying at Sheila’s place - the many extras were perfect: a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our Winchester holiday, the tea/coffee/milk/biscuits/crisps provided, tips on local sites/restaurants, etc.. Super comfortable beds, great bathrooms, nicely appointed living and dining room and a kitchen that has everything one would want! Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Haywood, it’s beautifully furnished and looks like an interior designer has been in! Lots of brilliant amenities like the fire and stunning huge bath with so many little thoughtful touches too like a yoga mat, umbrella and tote bag. The bed was really comfy, the bathroom was gorgeous and so stylish, the shower was piping hot and I loved the blue plaster walls! There are a few steps but they’re not too steep or narrow, it’s perfect for 2 people and our stay felt like a luxurious treat. Everything worked perfectly, the space is used super efficiently and the wine and crisps were a lovely welcome. The local information was very helpful to find the coffee shops just a few minutes walk away as it’s so close to the centre of town, which is so lovely. Anya was really helpful too, nothing was too much trouble, we’d definitely there stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful house, beautifully furnished. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen was full of helpful extras even Marmite! The balcony has a great view up to hills and down to a cricket pitch. Friendly town. As we were only there a while someone directed us to the reservoir which was spectacular as they promised. We watched a cricket match and were quite welcome to from the pavilion. Nice sausages at the butchers.

We went to Holdan House to celebrate my 60th. We had our three kids and their partners for the first part of the week and friends joined us for the second half. The house delivered, giving a luxury experience for us all to enjoy. The only downside was the noise from the traffic on the road. We visited the Italian restaurant, San Marzano twice and thoroughly enjoyed both times. Louisa was very helpful when we needed beds changed and the bathrooms cleaned after the kids had left. Places to visit, The Farmers Dog and Burford garden centre. Golf enjoyed at Burford golf club. The house is a good location as a base to visit other areas in the Cotswolds.

What an amazing stay! The house is decorated beautifully and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location in Deal. Ian's communication was great and the check-in couldn't have been easier. Will definitely be staying here again. Note that the shower situation isn't ideal for 6 people (1 shower, 2 baths with shower heads) but we made it work.

Oxford Lodge was absolutely perfect for our party. The kitchen/family room area was very well used - with plenty of room for our three generations. And the beds were really comfortable. We all slept well. Great location for walking to everything the town has to offer - including a sea dip every morning for us - just at the end of the road. We parked at the railway station for the week - only £19 - and a few minutes walk away. We ate out every night - loved the breweries, Umi (Japanese) , On George just round the corner, Top Joe’s Pizza on Upper Frog Street and Loafly Bakery and cafe - also on Upper Frog Street. We loved our stay at Catherine's funky spacious apartment. It's close to everything and we felt right at home. We were impressed with Wexford too. I hope to come back!

We had a wonderful school friends’ reunion at Amanda’s place. The house was warm and clean and we had everything we needed. The biscuits and crisps on arrival were appreciated. The weather was mixed but we were able to use the lovely outdoor area for pre-dinner drinks. It was very convenient to all local amenities and we didn’t need to move the car once. It would also be a good base for exploring the Ards peninsula. Thank you Amanda.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s property. The place itself is absolutely beautiful with lots of personal touches dotted around. Helen was very accommodating and even popped over first thing in the morning to assist us with turning the heating off. The location is brilliant and close to both the beach & town centre. The welcome treats were well received after a long journey including Welsh cakes and homemade jam. Our toddler was provided with a lovely wooden cot to sleep in and the place was very toddler friendly. Overall we would highly recommend a stay here and would love to come back in the future.

Loved stopping at Mary’s place , We was visiting family in youghal , we normally book into a hotel but thought we would try air b and b We wasn’t disappointed at at all what a find , clean and tidy great location great views across the bay ! We arrived late evening and Mary had left the lights on for our arrival ! thanks ever so much for leaving out some milk and breakfast items for us it was a lovely touch ! Will definitely recommend Mary’s place and will return
